About Fannin County Court Docket

Fannin County dockets are divided among Superior, Juvenile, Probate, Magistrate, and municipal courts. Georgia does not provide one public search that joins all of them. This private reference site organizes the official portals, office contacts, calendar sources, and request paths so readers can start with the court that actually holds the record.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia permits broad public access to many court records, yet the first challenge is custody. Dana Chastain's Judicial Division keeps Fannin Superior Court civil and criminal files. Probate and Magistrate have separate clerks, and each city keeps its municipal records. PeachCourt provides account-based access for Fannin Superior Court, but it is not a unified statewide public search. We bring those distinctions, official contacts, access limits, and request steps into one clear route.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Fannin County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set those charges nor determine which records the provider returns.
